I completed my M.A. in German Studies at Michigan State University. Prior to attending MSU, I completed a BA in secondary education with an emphasis on German and History at Western Michigan University. During the course of my undergraduate and graduate studies, I went abroad three times, participating in various programs.

Experience

I have teaching experience as an Instructional High School German Teacher at Plainfield South and Lemont High School, Illinois and have taught at the collegiate level. I am currently a Part-time German Instructor at Western Michigan University. This past summer, I took on the role as a Counselor and German Credit Teacher at Concordia Language Villages in Bemidji, MN. I have experience with young kids and adults. I have tutoring experience and am willing to tailor the materials to your personal goals.
